Rachana has been in the banking industry for almost 17 years with leading banks such as ICICI Bank in India and Citibank in Singapore. Her unique blend of stellar experience across Corporate, Retail and Wealth management roles adds immense value in managing key stakeholders. 

At Blair Road Capital, Rachana leads Investor Relations globally, bringing her customer centric approach to everything we do. 

Rachana has completed her Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology, Post Graduation in Banking, and an MBA in Finance from India
