Between 1990 and 2019, Avijit worked with several global banks like American Express, ANZ Grindlays, ABN Amro, and Barclays Bank, during which he built, managed and oversaw multiple Emerging Markets FICC businesses across Asia and Europe (including the MENA region); working out of locations in Mumbai, Singapore, London and Tokyo. 

Avijit has, over the last five years or so, also gained a lot of experience working as a COO/CEO in firms involved in Wealth Advisory, EAM, Family Office, and Asset Management businesses.

Avijit brings a wealth of experience to the team, helping the firm understand and manage the various risks of its QIO Fund.
