Having transitioned into finance later in his career, he has developed practical experience across the capital markets ecosystem, spanning prime and margin lending, trade lifecycle support, trading platform operations and client onboarding.

Throughout his career, Hong Han has gained operational experience at financial institutions including Goldman Sachs, KGI Securities, StoneX Group, UOB Kay Hian and OCBC Bank. He brings a strong growth mindset and continually seeks to deepen his domain expertise and adapt to evolving market requirements.
