Ian Berclaz
Founder & CEO
Ian is an entrepreneur and experienced C-Suite executive who served as COO and CFO in Switzerland, the Middle East, and Asia. He built up his knowledge at the world-leading Swiss banks Credit Suisse and Julius Baer.
Ian is an international leader with more than 20 years of experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking, across business development, client servicing, team management, and project implementation. Ian also has a deep understanding of risk management in Private Banking. Throughout his career, he has built up a fantastic network of contacts amongst bankers across the globe.
Cedric Stadelmann
Founder & Managing Partner
Cedric has been in Asia for close to 20 years. He has built up a vast experience and in-depth knowledge in wealth and asset management from his time at UBS, Bank Pictet & Cie, and Bank of Singapore. He developed particular expertise in managing HNWI as a family office. He also successfully set up funds in various jurisdictions.​
Through his experience, Cedric has an outstanding understanding of the regulatory environment in Singapore. He was instrumental in attaining a couple of CMS licenses for newly set up Singapore asset managers.
Ee Shen Ng
Non-Executive Director
Ee Shen is MD of the Kontiki Shipping group, which has investments across shipping, real estate, private & public equities/debt. Ee Shen is also a founding member of Woodspire Management, a real estate asset management company that focuses on institutional grade real estate assets in Australia and the UK. He has more than 10 years experience in Corporate Finance as co-founder of Sea Capital group, MD & Partner of Pareto Securities Asia and as Director of RS Platou Markets (Asia). Ee Shen received his B.Engg in Marine Engineering (1st class Honours) from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK and is a Singapore citizen residing in Singapore.
